Workout of the Day (05-08-2008)
Warmup with a 10 minute walk or 1/4 mile run
Stretch properly...

20 minutes of as many rounds as possible...
- 5 pullups
- 5 dips
- 5 Handstand pushups (or variation)
- 8 Dumbbell swings
