Workout of the Day:
Three rounds,
21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:
- 95 pound Overhead squats (65lb if needed to be scaled down)
- Burpees
Endurance:
3 x 1 mile runs. Stay consecutive on time for each run or beat time on each run. However long it took you to run each mile split that time in half for rest periods, then repeat.
