Warm up:
3 x 25 push ups
3 x 25 sit ups
3 x 10 pull ups
Use olympic bar, load with your body weight, round up or down for even numbers if needed:
6 x 5 squats (bar plus body weight)
6 x 5 bench press press (bar plus body weight)
6 x 5 deadlift (bar plus body weight)
Run a 5k for completion
