Workout of the Day:


Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

-65 pound Thrusters for 10 reps

-10 Pull-ups

Endurance:

(An underwater is holding your breath from one end of the pool to the other then swim back to the start).

4 x 25 meter underwaters 2:00 intervals

200 meter swim tempo pace

1 x 25 meter underwater

250 meter swim tempo pace

1 x 25 meter underwater

100 meter cool down swim
