Two a day!

Workout of the Day: 05-30-2008

Early Workout:
-Run 1 mile then two minutes of each on a continous clock...
1)Row
2) 30 pound Dumbbell thrusters
3) 20 pound Medicine ball cleans
4) Double-unders
5) Pull-ups
Then at least 3 hours later.
Late Workout:
"CrossFit Total"
- Back squat, 1 rep
- Shoulder Press, 1 rep
- Deadlift, 1 rep
